Most of the lakes in the park are heavily tree lined, so while very scenic, it also requires you to fish with a tube or boat. Splake, Rainbows, Brookies and Browns have been caught with fly gear. Try fishing Northern Pike with fly gear. What a fight!
You hunt right in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. This wilderness area has very little hunting pressure. Both spring and fall seasons offer the rifle and bow hunter excellent opportunities.
All the cabins are fully modern with complete kitchenettes including fridge and stove. Barbeque grills are conveniently located outside. Guests are provided with bedding, pots, pans, cutlery, and cups/glasses. All you need to bring is towels, bath and dish soap, and personal items. In addition to the four-star rated cabins, boats and motors are available for rent.
Fishing, hunting, canoeing, hiking, and snowmobiling are various out-door activities.
