St. Malo Provincial Park

A lovely recreation park set next to the town of St. Malo. Long a tradition for the people of the area, families and groups from miles away are increasingly taking advantage of St. Malo's pleasant atmosphere. Centered around a reservoir, this is a place to come and relax for a picnic or a holiday. Two beaches answer the call for a cool swim and a play in the sand on a nice summer's day. It's also a good place to take your canoe or sailboard for a spin. When it's time to stretch your legs when children are looking for adventure, explore the Rat River dam and dyke, then wander through the trails which will take you around the lake and back through an aspen forest.
