The Canal Artwork offers paintings of awarded artist Jon de Vos. It is the oldest established Art gallery in the city. The gallery is located in a beautifully preserved historic house that was built in 1831. The paintings are mainly express the original landscape and ship yards. The city has many restored homes and shops from the 19th century that feature antiques, collectibles, clothing and crafts. Additional sights include The Canal Museum, art gallery, summer concerts, boat tours and tours of the nearby horse country.
