This museum relates American naval history from 1930-1986; larger-than-life exhibits are actual naval vessels that served our country in various capacities and engagements. On display on
Baltimore's harbor, a National Historic Seaport, are the World War II submarine, USS 'Torsk;' the 'Chesapeake,' a floating lighthouse designed to aid shipping in the bay; and the Coast Guard cutter 'Taney,' the last ship afloat to have survived the attack on Pearl Harbor. A special 60th Anniversary Exhibit is currently being featured at the museum, 'Pearl Harbor Remembered.'
