Hillcrest Clinic was established in 1973 and was the first independent abortion clinic in the Baltimore area. It provides, as a public service, a community education program dealing with the fields of reproductive biology and related health care. The clinic is staffed with professionals in the fields of medicine and counseling who are trained to help women deal with the problem of unwanted pregnancies. Hillcrest endeavors to offer an atmosphere of understanding and respect while maintaining confidentiality. The main objective of the clinic is to provide women with quality medical care and professional counseling in an atmosphere of confidentiality and respect--at an affordable cost.
