Glen Echo Park

This is a former amusement park that now emphasizes arts and cultural education. Historic buildings house studios featuring glass makers, quilters and metal workers. An art gallery displays some of their works. An antique carousel still operates on a limited basis.

Picnic facilities are available.

Park open Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-midnight, Sunday 9am-6pm; closed major holidays.
