Havre De Grace is a historic, largely waterfront village located in
Harford County 38 miles northeast of
Baltimore on the outlet of the Susquehanna River into Chesapeake Bay, just beyond
Aberdeen on US 40 near the Susquehanna National Wildlife Refuge.
