Embers Restaurant serves a seafood and prime rib buffet consisting of top round of beef, rotisserie style turkey breast, snow crab legs, seafood medley, crab imperial, seafood creole, cod with spinach, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, green beans, chicken Parmesan, yankee pot roast, lettuce greens, assorted salad garnishes, marinated mushrooms, and English Trifle. Dinner dishes include Jumbo shrimp cocktail, house salad, Maryland crab soup, chicken bianco, and strawberry shortcake. Tiffany's punch, blue samoan, strawberry daiquiri, red/white wines, and champagne are also available.
