The Forest Motel originally opened in 1958 is said to have gotten it's name from the Enchanted Forest, once a small amusement park across the street. This 25 unit single story motel is a landmark in Ellicott City with all ground entrance rooms. The accommodations include rooms with one queen size bed, two double beds, or one double and one single bed. Roll-a-way beds are available for squeezing in that extra guest and cribs, if needed, for the very little ones. There are connecting rooms for the large families that stay with us. Non-smoking rooms are also available. The main attractions are Baltimore and the Inner Harbor, Frederick, Maryland. The Howard County Fairgrounds is only a few miles west of the motel.
