The Pennington Institute for Health and Wellness was founded by Andrea Pennington and L. Abigail Pennington in 2002. The practices combine traditional and holistic medicine with an orientation to absolute balance among all aspects of their divine constitution. Each of the programs and services offered use special holistic therapies to treat diseases that affect the whole person. They feature weight management, pain management, fitness and nutrition programs, acupuncture, mental health counseling, life coaching and motivational counseling, image consultation, hair cut, color and design, and skin and nail care.
