Council on Quality and Leadership

The Council on Quality and Leadership is at the forefront of the movement to create opportunities for people to lead the lives they choose and to improve the quality of services and supports for people with disabilities and mental illness. The Council provides services in monitoring, evaluation technical assistance, and investigation to state regulatory and administrative bodies, parties to judicial action, as well as service providers in an effort to promote protections in health, welfare, safety, and the rights of people with disabilities.
