Shady Oaks Campground and Cabins

Shady Oaks is a 50 site campground with 5 rental cabins. The majority of the sites are full hookup with 30/50 amp electric. Wooded and shaded sites are available. Each site has a picnic table and fireplace. Cabins have 2 double bunks, electricity, small table, covered porch, outside picnic table and fire ring. Facilities include restrooms and showers, dump station, public telephone, laundry and a store which carries light RV supplies, LP gas and firewood. Recreational facilities include swimming pool, horseshoes, recreation hall, recreation field, playground and planned activities. Pets are not allowed.

Area attractions include Penobscot Bay, Craig Brook Fish Hatchery, Bucksport Golf Club, and Black House Mansion.
