Nautilus Restaurant

The menu at Nautilus offers a unique blend of the spice and cooking techniques of South Texas with the tropical elements of the Caribbean, reflecting the most important influences of chef/owner Sherry Hall's culinary experience. The menu features items such as red-chile crusted salmon with grilled pineapple salsa, or a Southwest Sampler composed of lobster quesadilla, shrimp quesadilla and crab taquitos with a tomatilla salsa, all representative of this stylistic mixture. Many items on the menu are prepared on a large bar-b-que grill, imparting a smokiness to the fish, meats, vegetables and fruit. Every dish on the menu, from the tortillas and plantain chips to the luscious desserts are expertly prepared on the premises. The restaurant features a full bar with a variety of specialty martinis and other drinks.
