Comments: I killed over 30 insects (1/2-inch long black fast crawling things) in my room in ONE night, (a few in my bed, a few climbing ON ME). I tried to call someone in the lobby, but the phone in the room had no line! Indeed, I realized there was NO LOBBY except the restaurant downstairs, so nobody around before 11am, even to check out. When finally in the morning, the lady in charge ("Sandy") arrived, she told me repeatedly that those were not bedbugs, and so they were GOOD INSECTS and NATURAL, and it was all NORMAL. She absolutely refused to refund me for the night I spent awake killing insects in my bed, and added that the things were "getting into the rooms through the cracks from outside, so they ARE NOT IN the room!" and that I was making false accusations. Nice. As added bonuses, the bathtub looked dirty, the TV had no remote, there were no 3-pin power outlets (can't charge a laptop), and no cell phone reception. Do NOT stay at the White Wolf Inn.
