Telemark Inn

Located 10 miles from the village of Bethel, the Telemark Inn was built at the turn of the century in the midst of a stand of white birches as a hand-crafted Adirondack-style lodge by Leon Blanchard, founder of Prudential Insurance. Still in its pristine setting at the base of Caribou Mountain, it is surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest. The historic inn's interior has been preserved complete with its original rooms fully paneled in Norway Pine. Each of the six guest rooms is different.
