Kenduskeag - Case Memorial Library, serving an area of 1,150 residents, has a collection of 5,600 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 6 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials50 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public.
Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $1,680. Patrons make 690 visits annually, and check out materials 960 times. Twenty-eight percent of all check-outs are children's materials.
