St. Saviour's Episcopal Church, established in 1878, is the oldest, largest and tallest public building on Mt. Desert Island. It has an Episcopal parish committed to reverent public worship, an understanding of the Christian Faith, the spiritual renewal of lives and the expression of faith through community service. Sunday services, Sunday school and nursery are available.
