Whispering Pines Campground is located between Bucksport and Ellsworth in the Penobscot/Acadia area on US Route 1. It is a family oriented campground in a beautiful natural setting, owned and operated by the Gates family since 1977. Activities include sightseeing, bird watching, campfires, and swimming.
