AAA approved motel rooms and one and two bedroom efficiency cottages are located on either side of our own driveway and spread out over three acres of quiet, attractive grounds. The largest pool in the Kennebunks, complete with diving board, is located in the back corner of the property surrounded by huge pine trees. Children's and sport's play areas are available along with picnic tables and bar-b-qs. We are centrally located and within easy reach of all local attractions including five beaches(free parking passes to Kennebunk Beach), whale watching, fishing, sightseeing, fine dining, museums and theatres. Units are new or recently refurbished and come with air, heat, phone and all amenities.
