Kippewa for Girls, founded in 1957, is a summer camp in a wooded, lakeside setting. Small groupings in both the cabins and the activities allow the campers to feel nurtured, and the counselors to be attentive and successful. With at least one counselor for every three girls, and a senior staff member for every four counselors, supervision and guidance are abundant. Programs include horseback riding, studio and performing arts, gymnastics, tennis, field sports, water sports and wilderness camping trips.
