Baraga has 119 grassy campsites with picnic tables and fire pits. Electrical hookups are also available. A mini-cabin is also available for rent.

Fishing in the nearby lakes and streams produce a variety of fish such as pike, trout, perch and salmon. Hunters enjoy the search for deer, bear, rabbits, and grouse. Winter activities include cross-country skiing, ice fishing and skating.

Baraga State Park is located a quarter mile south of Baraga along US-41.
