R.P. Hicks Memorial Hospice is a non-profit hospice organization affiliated with the LMAS District Health Department. It provides all levels of hospice care and accepts all forms of reimbursement. The hospice is certified by Medicare or Medicaid, and CHAP accredited. Services provided include RN, LPN, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietary counseling, social work, volunteers, bereavement and grief counseling for adults, teens and children, and spiritual support.
