Chaps Restaurant is located on Center Street, in down town Douglas. It offers American food with old world charm. Dinner menu include tortilla shrimp, smoked chicken spring rolls, filet mignon, marinated duckling, and roasted lamb tenderloin.
Lunch menu consists of garden salad, perch sandwich, eggplant wrap, and red curry lamb.
Sunday brunch menu features green bean and tomato ceasa, perch sandwich, and vegetarian. Summer lunch menu comprises grilled chicken cob, perch sandwich, blackened chicken, grilled pizza, and sirloin steak.

A full wine list and cocktails are available to compliment every dish. They also accept off season bookings for large parties. Off premise catering is available.
