Kerrytown Market District

Search Ann Arbor Michigan

The land on which Kerrytown stands was part of the original village of Ann Arbor. Three historic buildings. the oldest built in 1874, were once the site of the workingman's trades such as lumber, warehousing, feed and grain. Horsedrawn loads of lumber left the Luick Brothers yard to become Ann Arbor homes.

These historic structures, came alive once more as a unique setting for a variety of shops, markets and restaurants. Special care has been taken in preserving the timeless appeal of brick and exposed beams.

With the brick and cobblestone charm of an earlier time Kerrytown stands out as one of the most unique and interesting collection of shops in the Ann Arbor area.
