Mercy Hospital Port Huron

Mercy Hospital is a 119-bed, acute care hospital providing adult medical-surgical services, cancer care, emergency services and physical rehabilitation. Mercy is a member of the Trinity Health System.

Founded in 1954, by the Religious Sisters of Mercy, the Mercy Hospital facility consists of the original building, constructed in 1954; a radiology/laboratory expansion constructed in the mid-1970s; and a wing constructed in the 1980s which houses inpatient oncology, rehabilitation services and the emergency room. Also offered in this building is the Mercy Women's Health & Resource Center for mammography, bone density testing and breast cancer care.

One of its premier medical services is the Mercy Regional Cancer Center which offers state-of-the-art cancer care including radiation therapy, access to research protocols for treatment and board certified oncology physicians. The fully accredited Mercy Regional Cancer Center is home to the area's only linear accelerator.
