Museum of African American History |
This museum exhibits Mae Jemison's NASA flight suit, a replica of Dr. Martin Luther King's Birmingham jailhouse door and numerous other artifacts. Two galleries feature changing exhibits. A research library and archives contain materials relating to African and American history. Food is available.
Open Tuesday through Sunday 9:30am-5pm; closed major holidays.
