The Delta College Planetarium and Learning Center is a modernistic structure that includes eight classrooms, where a variety of academic classes are taught. The planetarium includes a 50-foot domed screen with seating for 130 visitors. A multi-purpose projection system, including a Digistar II star and motion graphics projector, provides audience members with a unique blend of education and entertainment. The planetarium also has a gift shop, a rooftop observation deck, and a multi-purpose exhibit area with catering kitchen.
