The Troy Judo Club provides Judo instruction. The primary focus of the club is to teach Kodokan Judo and sport Judo to children and adults. The curriculum includes falling techniques, methods of off balancing an opponent, throws, pins, and submissions. Choking and joint locks are taught only to advanced students of appropriate age.
