Rochester Hills is in
Oakland County, and in the
Southeast Region. This community is located just east of
Pontiac between
Auburn Hills and Rochester along Highway 59 on the banks of the Clinton River. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 67,413, an increase of 5,647 since 1990.

A lot of industries have corporate headquarters situated in the city, including warehousing and distribution, tool and die, computer technology, electronic research, plastic injection molding and structural engineering. The citizens of the community are professional and skilled workers.
Rochester Hills offers many recreational opportunities such as swimming, golf, tennis, and bicycling at municipal parks. A pedestrian path spans the width of the city. Meadow Brook Hall, Yates Cider Mill and historic Stoney Creek Village are all great places to visit.
