Sleepy Hollow State Park

410 acre Lake Ovid is located in the center of this park and a campground with 181 sites borders the water. These sites offer electric hook-ups, asphalt pads, picnic tables and fire rings. Northwest of the campground is a long beach with a beach house and playground.

The lake offers good fishing with muskellunge, pike, largemouth and smallmouth bass, bluegill, sunfish, crappie, rock bass, perch, catfish and bullheads available.

Birdwatching is also a very popular activity here because of the wide variety of feathered species available.

Comments: We went camping at Sleepy Hollow camp and Every thing was great. Bring your own drinking water and firewood and at night make sure you keep your food locked inside your car or truck because of the raccoons. Bathroom are very clean and the trails were very nice. We didnt get to see them all but there is 16 miles of trails. We took our bikes and that was a fun too. Happy camping to you all and have a safe trip.
