University Baptist Church is an active and caring church family. In 1963 it came into existence - the result of an exciting and unique vision of seven men and women. This congregation is committed to a Christ-centered ministry. They emphasize on local church autonomy, freedom of individual conscience, and personal religious experience, rather than official creeds. Its worship service is a blend of contemporary and traditional worship styles and elements. The church has fellowship groups, Sunday school classes, weekly bible studies, and campus ministries.
