Hanley Falls

In the Historic Prairies Region, Hanley Falls is located in Yellow Medicine County south of Montevideo on the scenic route parallel to Hwy 18 near the Upper Sioux Agency State Park. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 234, a decrease of 12 since 1990.
