Lowell Park |
Historic Lowell Park is located east of the central business district, stretching from Mulberry Street south to Nelson Street along the St. Croix River. The park offers an outstanding scenic view of the St. Croix River and the Stillwater Lift Bridge, and is a popular spot for riverfront fishing. The park hosts a variety of civic functions and events, including the Rivertown Spring and Fall Art Fairs, Lumberjack Days, and Music on the Water Front as well as smaller activities like picnicking and strolling.
Park amenities include restrooms, park benches, a Riverfront gazebo for weddings and other small-group events, picnic tables, and several beautiful flower beds. Open April 15th-October 15th, weather permitting.
