Located near downtown St Paul at Harriet Island, offers cruises from two locations. The Jonathan Padelford, the Harriet Bishop and the Josiah Snelling, stern-wheelers modeled after 19th-century Mississippi riverboats, dock at Harriet Island and offer 1.75-hour excursions around Fort Snelling. The Anson Northrup and the Bessie Northrup operate from the east end of the Plymouth Avenue Bridge in Minneapolis, offering excursions around the upper St Anthony Locks and St Anthony Mill District. Dinner cruises are also available; reservations are required. Trips depart daily at noon and 2pm, Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day; call for rest of year schedule.
