Heartland Restaurant's menu changes daily. Featuring North American Midwest regional cuisine that employs indigenous and cultivated ingredients from the American and Canadian Midwest. They create two fixed price tasting menus along with a wide variety of à la carte selections every evening.
Meats, fish and vegetables are prepared, cured or preserved on-site, and all of the pastries and breads are created daily in the restaurant's pastry kitchen. The wine list is international in scope, representing over 240 labels with a strong emphasis on Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Alsace and the Rhone Valley. The beer selection consists primarily of European and Minnesota ales, and includes a selection of Normandy ciders, a traditional pilsner, a wheat beer and a stout.
