Teachers Park Avenue Residence is an 80-unit, market-rate rental apartment building owned and operated by a nonprofit organization. It operates under the management of the Ebenezer Society, which is part of Fairview Health Services. They provide services and an environment which contribute to an independent, healthful, meaningful and secure lifestyle. Their on-site team covers a full spectrum of expertise including administrative, resident activities, home health care, meal service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Each apartment has a full kitchen and bath. Rent includes all utilities, except telephone and cable services. Rent also includes housekeeping services every other week and scheduled van transportation.
