Rich Hill Memorial Library, serving an area of 1,470 residents, has a collection of 12,000 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 25 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials, as well as 100 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public.

Staffing consists of one employee, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $3,300. Patrons make 3,600 visits annually, and check out materials 4,400 times. Thirty percent of all check-outs are children's materials.

The faculty includes theatre professionals, actors, and educators experienced in performing and teaching Shakespeare. Many of the instructors are veterans of festival productions.
