Rockcliffe Mansion |
When Mark Twain made his last visit to Hannibal in 1902, he was received here by Hannibal's society in a setting of grandeur and elegance. Twain addressed 300 guests from Rockcliffe's magnificent stairway.
The mansion was celebrated at that time as one of the finest river estates in the nation. The home's 30 rooms have been restored to preserve its Art Nouveau decor. Open year round.
