Table Rock Lake |
Table Rock Lake is a 43,100-acre setting of scenic beauty set in southwestern Missouri, its clear, deep waters a magnet for scuba divers--the best diving in the state. Its water also attract boaters, skiers, swimmers and fishermen. Campsites are plentiful at numerous Corps of Engineers public-use areas, and in the Mark Twain National Forest, or in the dozens of private facilities that surround the lake. Table Rock State Park is located just north of the dam on Hwy 165. There are lake cruises, a Trout Hatchery, tours of the dam, and a Visitors Center.
