Trailhead Brewing Company is located in the renovated old grist mill at the corner of Boone’s Lick and Main Street in historic old Saint Charles. It brews traditional handcrafted beers that range from the light Trailblazer Blond Ale to the dark Old Courthouse Stout. The full service restaurant has the perfect meal to compliment the ale of your choice. With a seating capacity of 300 inside and 100 outside on two patios, they are able to meet the demand for unique beers and appetizing foods, all the while providing excellent, fast, and friendly service.
