Located on Ridge Road, this 104-acre interpretive native plant center features more than 300 species, with footpaths that meander through natural areas such as bogs, swamps, hammocks, savannas and woodlands. The visitor center offers a short orientation video. Picnicking is permitted on the grounds.
A variety of public and educational programs are scheduled throughout the year. The arboretum also maintains seven additional natural areas in other counties; tours of these areas are regularly scheduled. Open Wednesday through Sunday; closed major holidays.
