Woman's Hospital At River Oaks

Woman's Hospital was opened in 1975 by a group of Jackson obstetricians and gynecologists who wanted to operate a new type of hospital for women and infants. Known as the premier hospital of its kind in Mississippi, Woman's offered a new alternative for women who wanted superior medical treatment, and most importantly, personal care.

That same level of service and is still offered today, in their 25th year. Woman's Hospital, which is now part of River Oaks Health System, is known throughout Mississippi as a hospital that provides the most modern medical care, coupled with a high level of personal attention and pampering.
