Blaine County 45 miles west of
Malta where US 2 and Hwy 66 meet.
Fort Belknap Indian Reservation is home to the Gros Ventre and Assiniboine tribes. Annual events include Milk River Indian Days and Hays' famous all-Indian Rodeo, Powwow and Fair (both in July).
