Hauser Lake State Park Black Sandy Unit

One of the few public parks on the shores of Hauser Reservoir, Black Sandy is an extremely popular take-off point for weekend boating, fishing, and water skiing. On the 44-acre site, there 29 RV sites and 4 more for tents. Camping fees are $12 per night and day use fees are $4 per vehicle.

The park is 7 miles north of Helena on Interstate 15, then 4 miles east on Hwy 453, then 3 miles north on county road.
