Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center is nestled at the foot of the Rockies in Kootenay National Forest. It offers programs based on healthy lifestyles. In winter it offers a full spa including massage and a traditional Finnish steam bath house. There are wonderful walking trails and gardens, a health spa, and a mud creek spa. The center also offers fitness programs in Yoga and the Chinese exercise 'Qigong'. The lodge accommodates both groups and individuals. Activities include canoeing, horseback riding, rock climbing, and fishing.
