Rock Creek State Recreation Area |
Rock Creek is a state recreation area at the Fort Peck Reservoir in NE Montana. The campground has 10 designated sites in an open area on a bluff above the shore of the reservoir. There are no trees and the bluff is often windy. There is boat access. Cabins and boats are available for rent nearby.
To reach the area, go 25 miles south on Highway 24 from the east end of the Fort Peck Dam. Turn west near Milepost 30, then 7 miles on good gravel road.
