Thompson Falls Montana

Thompson Falls is the seat of Sanders County, and is found 28 miles northwest of Perma on Hwy 200 on the banks of the Clark Fork River, and is named for the river's natural falls. Thompson Falls State Park is nearby, as are the Historic Jail Museum, Bighorn Sheep Viewing Station east of town and the Blue Slide area west of town.
