The Cove Restaurant is a seafood restaurant where guests are able to savor the most autenthic flavors of México and the Caribbean. At The Cove, guests will be able to sample cuisine such as Tikin-Xic, a traditional Mayan Dish where a fish fillet is wrapped in banana leaves covered with a tangy spice called achiote, served with grilled peppers and onions, then given a squeeze of lime before being roasted on an open grill.
