Baja Peninsula

The Baja Peninsula begins at the U.S. border and ends at the meeting of the Pacific Ocean and the sea of Cortez. Baja California has both desert and four major mountain ranges. Sierra Juarez, Sierra de San Pedro Martir, Sierra de la Giganta, and Sierra de la Laguna. The Baja Peninsula is noted for it's Mediteranian climate. Fishing is the most popular sport with snorkeling second, which brings people from all around the world.
