The Firethorne Country Club is located in the southern perimeter of Charlotte. It is a golf course that meanders through the backdrop of a mature hardwood forest. Rock walls, creeks and ponds accentuate the beautiful views and natural setting. There are four sets of tees, offering a challenge to players of all skill levels. The practice complex includes a driving range, and a large putting green. Firethorne Red 6904 yards- 74.5/145, Black 6406 yards - 71.3/133, Gold 5551 yards - 67.7/124, Green 4626 yards- 68.4/120. Adjacent to the clubhouse is an outstanding practice facility with a driving range, putting green and teaching area. Golf shop and snack bar are located in the clubhouse.
